In this self-recorded video, Modi characterized the new legislation as an essential measure to ensure the integrity of the examination process and pledged to take decisive action against what he termed the “paper mafia.”
Dipke, taking to social media, mocked Modi’s appearance in the video and raised doubts about whether implementing stringent laws would be effective in addressing the persistent issue of exam paper leaks. His comments have sparked a conversation about the effectiveness of the new legislation in dealing with this ongoing problem in the education sector.
The CJP, under Dipke’s leadership, has argued that the focus of the legislation appears to be more on penalizing those involved in malpractice rather than on preventing such leaks from occurring in the first place. Instead, the CJP is advocating for comprehensive structural reforms and greater transparency within the system.
